These terms govern your use of MyCreate and purchases from brands hosted on MyCreate.
MyCreate acts as the retailer and merchant of record for all products sold through brand storefronts on this platform. When you purchase from a brand on MyCreate, your contract is with MyCreate.
Orders are placed through brand storefronts on MyCreate. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
All prices include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Delivery times are estimates. Standard delivery is 2-3 working days. Express delivery is next working day when ordered before 2pm.
You have 14 days from delivery to return unused products. See our Returns Policy for details.
All products are manufactured in Japan and comply with UK cosmetics regulations.
MyCreate's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MyCreate after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
