Your right to return

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return a product.

Conditions

Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.

How to return

You can request a return online — just have your order number and email ready. We'll generate a prepaid returns label for you.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned product. The refund is issued to your original payment method.

Faulty products

If a product is faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. No return postage is required for faulty items.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting support@mycreate.com with your order number.
