You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return a product.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.
You can request a return online — just have your order number and email ready. We'll generate a prepaid returns label for you.
Start a ReturnRefunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned product. The refund is issued to your original payment method.
If a product is faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. No return postage is required for faulty items.
You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting support@mycreate.zone with your order number.
